Fees shaped by the evidence
The grant conditions, number of transactions and state of the records determine the work. These ranges help you budget before requesting a written scope.
Typical engagement ranges
Pre-report readiness review — from R6,900 excluding VAT
One grant, one reporting period and up to 60 transactions, with a gaps schedule and closing call.
Use-of-funds audit — usually R14,800–R29,500 excluding VAT
One entity and grant, transaction testing, documented queries, management responses and a final report. The lower end assumes orderly records and up to 120 transactions.
Programme portfolio review — scoped per cohort
The estimate separates setup, per-entity work, consolidated reporting and any travel. A small paid pilot is available where record quality is unknown.
What changes an estimate
Transaction volume is only one factor. Multiple bank accounts, payroll, foreign currency, asset verification, related-party suppliers, missing documents and a compressed deadline add review time. Clear filenames, an approved budget in spreadsheet form and a single query contact reduce avoidable effort.
Deposits and changes
A 40% booking deposit reserves the review period. The balance is due before the final report is released. If the file differs materially from the information used to quote, we pause and agree any revised fee before doing extra work.
Travel outside Gqeberha, specialist opinions and third-party confirmations are quoted separately. No payment is taken through this website.
Ask for a written scope
Send the grant value, funding period, reporting deadline, approximate transaction count and whether the bank account also contains non-grant activity. We normally reply within two business days.
