A practical check before submission
We compare your draft use-of-funds schedule to bank transactions and the approved budget, then provide a prioritised list of gaps. This is preparation work, not an assurance opinion.
The review includes one grant, one reporting period, up to 60 transactions and a 45-minute closing call. We point out absent invoices, totals that do not reconcile, unsupported budget movements and wording that needs a clearer factual explanation.
It excludes supplier verification, fraud procedures, full payroll testing and rewriting your funder’s prescribed report. Most founders use the result to complete their own submission with fewer unresolved questions.
